What it costs, before you have to ask.
Three fixed prices, published on this page. Your surrogate is paid the same in all three, your parentage is secured the same way, and your money is protected the same way. What changes is how much we carry for you when a journey needs more than one try.
Most agencies will not give you a number until you have booked a call. Ours are here. Your program price is fixed and confirmed in your Agency Agreement, and it does not move in either direction. If your journey ends up costing us more than you paid, that is ours to carry. No invoice arrives in a hard week.
We work in Mexico City, and nowhere else
One set of clinics we have chosen, one legal team, one hospital standard. Agencies spread across several Mexican states are managing different courts and different rules in each one. Your parentage is settled before your baby is born, by a court order drafted by an attorney who served in Mexico’s Supreme Court.
You are not billed for every appointment
A family whose pregnancy needs an extra scan should not pay more than a family whose pregnancy does not. Your surrogate receives $43,050 in every program, every time. Ask any other agency what their surrogate is paid. If the number is a lot lower, you have just found where their discount came from.

Our Fully Coordinated Program
Signature
Everything in Essentials, handled for you. Two transfers with your surrogate, your permit and courier managed, interpretation at every appointment, and your rematch exposure capped, from $15,000 to $32,500 depending on when it happens.
Our Guarantee Program
Keystone
Our guarantee program. Fixed at $175,000 with nothing added, ever. Unlimited transfers, unlimited rematching, shipping and neonatal care carried, and $87,500 returned if you do not bring a baby home.

Choose your program, then tick the costs you will pay other providers directly. We take no fee and no margin on anything in the second list, so these are estimates at the midpoint of each published range rather than prices of ours.
Every program includes all of the following, without exception:
- Her full compensation package, $43,050
- Her medical insurance to $200,000, and life insurance
- Her own attorney and her own counsellor, chosen by her
- All surrogacy medical, screening through delivery
- A private Mexico City hospital birth
- The doctors’ own fees, honorarios médicos, included
- Mexican legal and the judicial parentage order
- Birth certificate and civil registration
- Independent U.S. escrow with an open ledger
- A case manager you can reach
Three payments, and nothing is due before the milestone it pays for. 25% on signing, 25% when your surrogate is matched and medically cleared, and 50% at legal clearance, the last step before your transfer. Your money is held in a protected account by an independent company in the United States, not by us. It is released only when a step has actually been completed, and we cannot move it outside of that. An egg or sperm donor, IVF and genetic testing are paid directly to your clinic or donor program. We are a surrogacy agency and nothing else, so we take no fee and no margin on that work.
