Our Guarantee Program

Keystone

Estimated Investment: $175,000

Everything from the moment your embryos leave your clinic to the moment you fly home, at a price that does not move. The only program of ours where money comes back if the journey does not succeed.

Keystone is our guarantee program. It carries everything from the moment your embryos leave your clinic to the moment you fly home, and it is the only program of ours where money comes back if the journey does not succeed. The price is fixed. Nothing is added to it, ever.

What your $175,000 covers

  • Everything in Signature, including her full $43,050 package
  • Unlimited transfers until your embryos are gone
  • Unlimited rematching, at no cost to you
  • Embryo shipping and the COFEPRIS permit, whatever they cost, on any corridor
  • Every variable absorbed: a cesarean, twins, extended bed rest, her lost wages
  • Your newborn’s health insurance, specified, bought and bound by us
  • Neonatal intensive care to $100,000
  • $87,500 returned if you do not bring a baby home

What you pay other providers directly

  • Your travel, accommodation and meals, about $10,000
  • Your own lawyer at home, which we require you to retain, about $3,500

That is the whole list. Shipping, the permit, your newborn’s insurance and neonatal care are all inside your program price.

Your total

$188,500, all in. Keystone is $50,000 above Signature on the program price but only about $25,900 above it all in, because it absorbs the four things the other programs leave with you.

The guarantee, in full

  • What counts as success. A live birth. Not a positive test, not a clinical pregnancy
  • Who qualifies. Three chromosomally normal embryos verified in our Mexico City laboratory before your first transfer. Not promised, not in transit. If you have fewer, we will help you get there first
  • What we do, without limit. Transfer after transfer until your embryos are gone. Rematch as often as is medically needed, at no cost
  • What triggers the return. Your embryos are exhausted without a live birth, or twenty four months pass from your first transfer, whichever comes later
  • What comes back. $87,500, half of everything you paid Families Without Borders
  • If you pause or add embryos. The program continues at no further cost and the clock suspends. Adding embryos is your cost. Continuing to try is ours

How the guarantee is funded

A journey that begins with three chromosomally normal embryos reaches a live birth in more than nine cases out of ten. We hold $6,600 a family against the ones that do not, alongside $8,450 for neonatal care and $6,000 for unlimited transfers and rematching. That $21,050 is not our fee and we do not treat it as income. It is what makes these promises funded rather than hopeful.

The honest way to weigh this against Signature

A Signature journey that needs one rematch at the cap, ships embryos at the midpoint, buys newborn cover and uses the neonatal reserve spends $49,150 on exactly those things. At one rematch, the two programs cost the same. Beyond one, Keystone was the cheaper decision, and it was also the one where nobody had to make a financial choice in a hard week.

If your journey is straightforward, Signature saves you $50,000 and this was insurance you did not need. We would rather tell you that than sell you fear.

How you pay

  • On signing your Agency Agreement: $34,825. Half our fee, and nothing to escrow
  • When your surrogate is matched and medically cleared: $46,545
  • At legal clearance, before transfer: $93,630. Escrow funded in full

Of the $90,700 that comes to Families Without Borders, only $69,650 is our fee. The other $21,050 is held against the neonatal care, the guarantee and the unlimited transfers and rematching. Everything else, $84,300, is held by Seed Trust, an independent escrow administrator in the United States. It is not our account and we cannot withdraw from it.

What protects you at signing

  • If we have not matched you with a medically cleared surrogate within nine months, you may withdraw and we return your entire fee less $5,000 of documented intake cost
  • If you withdraw before your transfer, half of the fee you have paid is returned, and every dollar in escrow not already committed to your surrogate comes back to you in full
  • If the journey ends at any point, escrow is reconciled line by line and returned within thirty days
