Families Without Borders was founded on a simple belief: the dream of parenthood should be within reach for every family, no matter their financial situation. Founded by Brooke Kimbrough, a seasoned surrogacy expert with over ten years of experience, our agency is dedicated to providing safe, ethical, and affordable surrogacy options in Mexico.

Brooke's passion for helping families began with her own journey as a surrogate. Over the past decade, she has successfully guided more than 500 babies into the world through her U.S.-based surrogacy agency. As the cost of surrogacy in the United States continued to rise, Brooke saw a need for an alternative—one that maintained the same level of care and professionalism but was accessible to more families. This vision led to the creation of Families Without Borders.

Our mission is to support intended parents and surrogates throughout every step of the surrogacy process. We partner with trusted clinics and professionals in Mexico to ensure that every journey is conducted with integrity, transparency, and the utmost respect.
