Signature is the complete journey at one fixed price. Full agency management from the day you match to the day the birth certificate is in your hand, with the legal work for both sides inside it.

What your $95,000 covers

Fair compensation for your surrogate, $450,000 MXN base plus standard benefits

She lives at home with her own family for the whole pregnancy, never in agency housing

Her medical care: screening, up to three embryo transfers, prenatal care, and the delivery physician team

The hospital facility for your surrogate and your baby

Her health insurance and life insurance, plus sixteen counselling sessions

Her own independent attorney, alongside the contract, the court order, the birth certificate and the passport

Your money held in a protected account by an independent company in the United States, funded on milestones

A contingency held in that protected account, refunded once the medical bills are finalised, typically three months after a vaginal birth and six after a cesarean

Embryo shipping and permits

We coordinate your embryo shipping and your import permits. You pay those vendors directly, and we take no fee and no margin on any of it.

Transfers and rematching

Up to three embryo transfers are included. A fourth transfer and beyond is $4,500 each.

If your surrogate cannot continue we rematch you, and there is no additional agency fee. You cover the new surrogate’s screening, legal and medical restart, which is typically $8,000 to $15,000. Keystone includes one full rematch at no additional cost.

$31,000 when your surrogate is matched and medically cleared, which is $14,000 to us and $17,000 into your protected account

$50,000 at legal clearance

Your price is fixed in United States dollars. Exchange rate movement does not change what you pay. Full terms, including refund provisions, are in your services agreement.
