Donor Program — Approximately $20,500

The donor component includes:

All donor screening and coordination are managed within the structured program framework.

The Woven Nest program is our most comprehensive and fully coordinated pathway. It is designed for families who need an egg donor, IVF, a qualified Mexican surrogate, and complete legal and birth documentation support. This is a start-to-finish program — from donor selection through delivery and return home.

Donor Performance Assurance

This assurance is designed to reduce biological uncertainty — one of the largest variables in donor IVF cycles.

If the first donor retrieval results in fewer than 6 mature eggs or fewer than 2 blastocysts, a second donor retrieval is provided with no additional donor agency fee (intended parents cover clinic and medication costs only).

If two retrievals produce no euploid embryos when PGT testing is performed, 50% of the donor agency fee is refunded.

This added layer of protection creates defined financial boundaries around donor performance.

Assurances

Live Birth Assurance is an optional premium upgrade that includes up to three embryo transfer attempts, no agency rematch fee, continued coordination if a surrogate change is medically required, and a 50% refund of the agency fee if no live birth occurs after three medically appropriate transfers.

Donor Performance Assurance, exclusive to Woven Nest, provides a second donor retrieval with no additional donor agency fee if clinical benchmarks are not met, and a 50% refund of the donor agency fee if two retrievals produce no euploid embryos when PGT testing is performed.
